Reinforcement of the Black sea ports

Vladimir Putin commanded that our Black sea ports should be reinforced. This move is absolutely proper in case we gain an unlimited access to the Mediterranean Sea. In order to acquire it we need to pursue a wise policy towards Turkey, as the mutual interest is huge, although there are some serious differences. We must be wise.
